If I came home one day and my house was tore up, I would seriously trip out on someone. I wouldn't be so mad if I had actually missed my mortgage payment, even though that was a little bit extreme. Even if that lady had missed her payment the still failed to give her a notice or anything. I believe the bank deserves to be sued for everything, however they were extremely rude to the woman.
