Teacher

The teacher that made the most difference in my life would have to be my kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Bruce. Even though I missed lots of days my first year of school, she was still able to get me to the learning level I was suppose to be at. During my kindergarten year I was diagnosed with Hydrocephalus, or however you spell. Well anyway I was being sent home almost every day complaining of major headaches and such. Now most teachers would have gotten a little on the angry with someone who was constantly being sent home, but not Mrs. Bruce. She some how was able to keep her cool and teach me at the rate I needed to learn. Eventually they figured out what was wrong with me and I had to undergo some surgeries, and everything turned out good. But returning to school I was kinda scared because they had to shave my head and I thought all the other kids was going to laugh at me. The first day back, Mrs. Bruce went to Ms. Word and asked her if it would be alright if I wore a hat to school, so no one could see my head. Mrs. Bruce had a way of making me forget about everything and making me focus on learning, and that's why she has made the biggest difference.
