future me

It's been a while since I last wrote this letter, 12 years to be correct. I hope all is going well with my life right now, are you an athletic trainer or maybe a physical therapist? My dreams were to get on with a pro or college football team, did it happen? I planned on being married and maybe a little one, I also wanted a nice house with a awesome car. I was planning on making enough money that I didn't have to have any worries or doubts. How is your walk with Jesus going, are you staying faithful? In high school I was a bit on the crazy side, how am I doing now? Have I met that one person that I have always been scared too, if so how were they?

As I am writing this letter it is the 29th of October 2009, I am sitting in my senior english class writing this blog as a project. Not very much is going on in my life right now, it's pretty average. School, well it's probably the best year ever, I am enjoying every minute of my last year at home. The football team is playing their last district game tomorrow against Friona, they have to win by eight to be in the playoffs. Well I have nothing else, so I hope all is well with the future me.

Coach Rhodes

Probably my favorite memory of coach Rhodes took place my freshman year in his classroom. We was all working on one of his little papers he always gave us, when he caught Rajesh cheating. Coach was like "now Rajesh you know that ain't right," Rajesh got really embarrassed cause everyone was laughing at him cause he got caught and every one always cheated.

fiction story

Once upon a time there was what appeared on the outside to be a normal little town in the middle of nowhere. The people of the town claimed it to be haunted. Legends have it that an evil bus driver drove a bus full of students off a cliff on halloween day. So as the story goes every year on October 31 a bus full of those little kids will crash through the town destroying everyone in its path. Some say that the reason the bus driver drove it off the cliff, is because the parents of the kids paid him to do so, that's why no charges were ever pressed. The bus was never found, but if on halloween you get close enough to cliff, they say you can still here the little children screaming for help. If you take the matter as a joke the kids will get you. In one instance some kids thought it would be fun to take some friends down by the cliff and scare them by dressing up like dead kids, but before their friends arrived the kids dissapeared. People in the town new exactly what had happened and never went near the cliff to find their loved ones, in fear that they might get killed also.

Swine Flu

The Swine Flu or H1N1 virus, has got everyone on edge. The illness is very contagious, you can get this from being around someone who is infected and they sneeze or cough, you may also get this by touching an object such as a counter or maybe a door knob that has the virus on it. This is no ordinary virus, it has already killed 106 people in Mexico and 27 people in the United States. The symptoms are much like that of the normal flu; fever about 100.4, cough, sore throat, headaches, chills, muscle aches, diarrhea, and vomiting. If it is confirmed that you are infected doctors might prescribe you zanamivir or osteltamivir, people living in your household may also be prescribed these medicines. People are encouraged to wash their hands frequently and be careful of their respiratory hygiene.
